Jesus says: "Follow me." But how? Not by following a set of rules, but by being caught up in good news. The story of Jesus, as the gospel of Mark tells it, is the story of good news and a new way. A better way. To be “on the way” with Jesus is let the good news have it’s way in every dimension of our lives. As we begin our study of Mark’s account, we focus on Mark’s use of the term ‘good news.’ Because the invitation to adventure and transformation still stands today: "Follow me.”
