We are looking to hire a team member to help plan, coordinate and execute Communications projects from conception-through-production. This person would field requests, plan, and manage timelines and assist the team in delivering strong communications solutions. You will manage the social media calendar, production systems, templates, brand guidelines and vendor relations.
Responsible for managing projects from concept-to-production. The Graphic Designer works collaboratively with the Strategic Director of Communications, and partners to produce omni-channel assets (both print and digital) to help further our mission.
This role will also oversee the activity for our core UPC social channel and provide partnership and oversight for ministry channels.
Optimize the ChMS by supporting staff and congregation usage. Includes, but is not limited to: system updates and modifications; staff training; custom report generation; data integrity.
Reporting into the Executive Director of Ministry, this position furthers the mission and vision of the church by providing administrative support for UPC Ministries: College, Young Adult, Care, Outreach, Worship, Groups and for some events.
This position administers details related to public worship services at UPC, including Sunday mornings, evening services, special services, and concerts, looking at the entire experience from parking lot to pew and back again, facilitating a culture of welcome and hospitality.
Reporting to the Director of Facilities, this position is responsible for cleaning, room set up for events, opening and closing
the facility, monitoring building for safety and security through CCTV. Provides coordination and training for new hires.
Full-time interns receive a $1,050/monthly stipend + housing.
The purpose of the internship is to provide experience in all areas of ministry at UPC within the context of the larger church. Interns participate in learning opportunities while engaging in relational ministry.
