This individual will plan, coordinate and deliver compelling content that aligns with UPC mission and vision, and create a strong ‘welcome’ to all who partake in worship and other events. You will manage the communications calendar, create assets (digital and print), oversee and monitor social media, and collaborate with the Strategic Director of Communications and partners.
This position supports Family Ministries at UPC, working with the staff team, kids, youth, parents, and volunteers.
The Human Resource Specialist will work with departmental leaders to effectively recruit, screen, hire and manage potential candidates to UPC. The HR Specialist will provide current understanding of best employment practices and will advise on the Personnel Committee. Additionally, this role will oversee payroll and benefit administration.
This position is responsible for maintenance and repair projects at the church. Performs responsibilities of other Facility Stewards, as needed.
This position is responsible for cleaning, room set up for events, opening and closing the facility, monitoring building for safety and security through CCTV. Provides coordination and training for new hires.
