The spectacular 150-acre Bloedel Reserve has been described as a forest garden that was created by Virginia and Prentice Bloedel, under “the influence of the conservation movement and Asian philosophy.” The Memorial Wall commemorates the 276 Japanese and Japanese Americans who were exiled from their Bainbridge Island homes under President Roosevelt’s Order during World War II.

Please come and join us at ECC Seattle's sanctuary this Wednesday (6.1.22) from 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM in hearing ECC's historical connection with UPC and the U District. You will learn about this unique model of ECC — One Church Multi-Campus. There will be stories on the faithfulness of God throughout the years at ECC from congregants of three different language groups. You will hear how a church with three different language groups and seven different congregations can join in this journey with the KiNDRED movement now and in the future.
