Join us to hear more about the Property Committee’s plans for the main UPC building. Their work, in collaboration with staff, includes developing a long-term plan (10 years) for stewarding UPC’s properties. This includes preparing recommendations for Session and congregational consideration, with estimated costs, and a timeline for the work.

Concurrently, the committee is developing short-term and longer-term plans to address a backlog of maintenance issues in the main building. These include:

• Roof patching this summer,
• Engagement with a design consultant team for future roof replacement,
• Replacement of failing mechanical equipment,
• Other critical work.
