Reporting to the Director of Media, the Audiovisual Technician handles end-to-end audiovisual support for worship services and events, including setup, live operation, signal routing, equipment maintenance, and on-site technical support. This position works all Sunday worship services, Thursday rehearsals, and special events.

This is a coordinator role that collaborates with the Executive Director of Ministry (EDM) to execute the vision for the Discipleship Ministry. The primary focus will be on the Discipleship Pathway, which includes (but not limited to) Connect Groups, meetups, classes, membership, and other related initiatives.

The Human Resource Specialist will work with departmental leaders to effectively recruit, screen, hire and manage potential candidates to UPC.  The HR Specialist will provide current understanding of best employment practices and will advise on the Personnel Committee.  Additionally, this role will oversee payroll and benefit administration.
