IRA distribution

If you are 70½ or older, you can make a tax-free gift directly from your IRA to UPC. This is known as a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) and can help you meet your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) while supporting our ministry.

Steps to Give from Your IRA:
1. Contact your IRA custodian and request a distribution to University Presbyterian Church (Seattle, WA).
2. Specify the amount you wish to donate.
3. Ensure the check is made out to University Presbyterian Church and includes your name for proper credit.
