Transition Timeline

Pastor Gareth has introduced the following timeline for the months he serves as our Transitional Senior Pastor, which ends with the installation of the next Senior Pastor at UPC.  

  • Stage 1 and 2 (Listening): Jan 2026 - June 2026
  • Stage 3 (Mission Study): July 2026 - Nov 2026
  • Stage 4 (PNC formation): Dec 2026 - Feb 2027
  • Stage 5 (Pastor search): March 2027 - Spring 2028
  • Stage 6 (Pass the baton): Jan 2028 - June 2028

 

May we become like those who dream, anticipating where God is calling us.

1 When the LORD restored the fortunes of Zion, we were like those who dream.
