Mike graduated from the University of Washington in 2006 with a degree in construction management and has worked in college ministry since then with stops in Alabama and southern California. The Director of University Ministries since 2017, Mike, is married to Rachel McEvoy and has three daughters: Mira, Kyrie, and Jordan. His passion is to see college students live into their fullest selves and be launched out into the post-college world, making a significant impact in whatever they do. Besides directing campus ministries, his passion for developing and empowering local leadership worldwide has led him to found two non-profits; Construction for Change and The King County Multiethnic Leadership Initiative. He is also a former UW football player and a die-hard Dawgs fan.
