We are looking for two experienced leaders for our senior leadership team! Along with playing a role on the senior leadership team, these two leaders will collaborate with elders and supervise a team of staff members. The ideal candidates will have substantial experience coaching and mobilizing staff and lay leaders, providing a guiding and strategic vision for a community, creatively engaging culture with the Gospel, while equipping members of the congregation to mobilize us to fulfill Jesus' ministry in our lives and neighborhoods.
The specific supervisory responsibilities of these positions will be determined in part by those who fill them, but we are looking for effective, visionary leaders with expertise in adult discipleship and/or outreach. These leaders will advance the mission of UPC by helping to create a sense of community that forms our lives as we participate with the Holy Spirit in God’s transformational work.
