  • Financial administration and accounting, provides analysis and strategic planning to church leadership.
  • Leads and participates in committees including: Finance Committee, Budget Committee, Investment Committee
  • Supervises employees in Finance, HR and IT.

The Human Resource Specialist will work with departmental leaders to effectively recruit, screen, hire and manage potential candidates to UPC.  The HR Specialist will provide current understanding of best employment practices and will advise on the Personnel Committee.  Additionally, this role will oversee payroll and benefit administration.

Do you have a heart for Young Adults in the Seattle area? This position leads the development of ministry to Young Adults with a particular focus on those that are 21-30 years old. This primarily includes recent graduates and or/young professionals.

Internship Opportunities

As a UPC intern, you’ll:

Full-time interns receive a $1,050/monthly stipend + housing.

The purpose of the internship is to provide experience in all areas of ministry at UPC within the context of the larger church. Interns participate in learning opportunities while engaging in relational ministry.
