YMM's Annual Silent Auction
Fundraiser for Missions
Sunday, March 4 at 9:30am–1pm and 4:30–7pm, Larson Hall
You are invited to support middle and high school students at University Presbyterian Church as they participate in the kingdom of God through mission. The Youth Mission Silent Auction funds local, regional, and international mission projects for youth. UPC's young people participate in mission activities and trips all year long. In 2012, our 6th through 12th graders will put their faith into action by partnering with nine local service agencies and traveling across the state and world to participate in short-term missions. The annual Youth Mission Silent Auction is the only fundraising event for the youth missions program. Your support helps to provide meaningful, life-changing mission experiences for students by keeping participation costs reasonable and providing necessary materials for our trips and projects.
There are 4 ways you can participate:
- Donate an item online or with this form. In general, we're looking for new items or services—gift baskets, handmade goods, time at a family cabin, a day of waterskiing, etc. Please drop off your items at UPC by March 3.
- Donate funds directly to the Silent Auction. Make checks out to UPC with "Youth Mission Silent Auction" in the memo line, or donate online.
- Come to the Auction and bid! Sunday, March 4, at 9:30am–1pm and 4:30–7pm in Larson Hall.
- Volunteer to help at the event. We are looking for students, parents, and sponsors to sign up for shifts to setup on March 3 and to run stations on March 4. See below for details.
