Where: University Presbyterian Church, Seattle
What: A gathering of college ministry staff from around the US to dialogue about college ministry, to share ideas about developing leadership for God's kingdom, and encourage one another in our work. As we move into the future, we want to be able to continue to engage with one another about who we are, where we've been, and where we're going as those who minister to college students.

The Ascent Network is an informal affiliation of campus ministers committed to seeing the work of the kingdom expressed to the campus primarily through the local church. We exist primarily for four reasons:
- To encourage individuals and communities in their journey with Christ as it relates to issues around the campus, the church, and their personal lives.
- To provide avenues for the exchange of ideas and resources, human and other.To gather people together, in community, to discover what God is up to and to assist one another in getting there.
- To develop leadership in the church, on the campus, in the marketplace, all around the world in all aspects of Kingdom work.
