UPC is open 7 am-10 pm daily. Welcome Kiosk hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 am-7:30 pm; Friday 8:30 am-5 pm; and Sunday 8 am-9 pm.

Parking Information

UPC parking guide

One of the benefits of UPC's location is the convenience and proximity to the University of Washington. However, this prime, inner-city location comes with its share of parking challenges. A list of options is below. We encourage you to look on these alternatives as a stewardship opportunity, guiding the use of our limited parking resources to benefit the most needy.

A UPC parking sticker or parking pass is required for all UPC lots. These are available from the Welcome Kiosk. Parking is available to those visiting UPC on church business only; there is no overnight parking, no UW parking and all UPC lots open at 7 am and close at 10 pm daily.

UPC’s underground parking garage: Enter mid-block on 16th Avenue NE, between NE 45th and NE 47th streets. Entrance to UPC on main level with easy elevator access to second and third floors. Garage is handicap/wheelchair accessible and is for those with limited mobility.
UPC’s north parking lot: Corner of NE 47th and 15th Avenue NE. On Sundays this lot is for first time visitors, those with a physical need to be near the church, one adult with small children, or those with a carload of supplies to unload. The lot is open to anyone visiting UPC on church business at all other times.
UPC’s west lot. Enter mid-block on 15th Avenue NE (southbound only on Sundays) between NE 45th and NE 47th streets. Lot offers handicapped parking and is open to anyone visiting UPC on church business.
4545 parking garage: Multi-level garage; enter mid-block on 15th Avenue NE (southbound only on Sundays) between NE 45th and NE 47th streets. Parking is free on Saturdays, Sundays and evenings after 6 pm on all levels. Please respect UW reserved stalls at all times.
Wells Fargo Bank parking lot: Ground-level garage adjacent to UPC West Lot. Enter mid-block on 15th Avenue NE (southbound only on Sundays) between NE 45th and NE 47th streets. Parking is free on Sundays and evenings after 6 pm; paid parking on weekdays and Saturday. Offers handicapped parking.
UW Campus Lots: For North lot, enter through main university entrance at 17th Avenue NE and NE 45th Street. For the Central Plaza (Red Square) underground garage, enter at 15th Ave. NE and NE 41st Street. Free parking on Sundays; pay parking available Monday through Saturday.
