Guidelines for Scheduling an Event at UPC

General Events

UPC requires that all activities taking place at our facility are requested through and supported by a sponsoring UPC ministry/department.

To inquire about room availability, reserve a room, or make changes to an existing room reservation please contact the ministry/department sponsoring your event. If you’re not sure who to contact, view the UPC staff directory.

Due to the extensive use of our facilities, we are not able to provide space to groups that do not have an affiliation or partnership with a UPC ministry/department.

Memorial Services

Memorial services typically take place Tuesdays through Fridays and begin at 2 pm in the UPC Sanctuary. Other dates and times may be arranged; however, we do not hold memorial services at UPC in the evenings or on weekends. For questions or to schedule a memorial service please email LaVonne or call 206.524.7301, x152. A staff member will be happy to meet with the family to plan a service.

Weddings

Weddings at UPC may be booked no more than 12 months in advance and are held only on Friday evenings, Saturday afternoons and Saturday evenings. Weddings taking place May through September are reserved for members, families of members or regular attendees of UPC. To book a wedding call 206.524.7301, x420.
