At UPC, we believe that taking part as an active member of a small group Bible study is one of the most powerful ways to grow as a disciple of Christ. Small group members study the Bible, pray for and encourage each other as each member seeks to become more like Christ.
Small Group Sundays We hold small group Sundays in fall and before Lent. On a Small Group Sunday you can go to Larson Hall to learn about available small groups, ask questions and sign up for a group. Hours: 9 am-1 pm and 6-7 pm.
1. In the fall, come talk with leaders about the small group ministries associated with UPC. Ministries featured include UPC Home Groups, Teleios Men’s Small Groups, Women’s Evening Bible Study, Women’s Intergenerational Fellowship, Family Small Groups and Outreach (Missions) Small Groups.
2. Before Lent – UPC invites the whole church family to take part in a small group during Lent. There will be small group stations with volunteers for several Sundays in the weeks before Lent to help you find a group or list your group.
